Morgan Lewis Livingston Jr., 82, of Hawaii Volcanoes National Park died Sept. 16. Born in Newark, N.J., he was a home builder, cabinet maker, and an electronics technician Class A for the Navy Underwater Demolition Team 21 in Little Creek, Va.
